Ein großartiger Ort, um Yoga zu praktizieren. Der Ort ist ruhig und hell, die Lehrer sind sehr nett und es zeigt, dass sie das Fach dominieren. Mit sehr interessanten Aktivitäten wie Nidra-Yoga-Sitzungen oder Familien-Yoga-Kursen. Und im Vergleich zu anderen Yoga-Zentren, die ich kenne, ist es sogar billig. Kurzum: sehr zu empfehlen.

Mein erster Kontakt mit der Welt des Yoga war den Kursen in Amaranta zu verdanken. Vom ersten Moment an war ich beeindruckt von der großen Professionalität und der persönlichen Behandlung durch die beiden Lehrer. Die Klassen sind mehrstufig und passen sich allen Arten von Schülern an, sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Leute, die bereits mehr Übungszeit haben. Darüber hinaus ist die Schule sehr gut gelegen und hat eine sehr ruhige und einladende Atmosphäre. Komm und versuch es!
