Auf den ersten Blick scheinen sie nett zu sein und werden Ihren Auftrag koordinieren, aber sobald Sie mit der Arbeit beginnen, werden sie Sie anrufen und um Informationen bitten, die die Agentur Ihnen als Auftragnehmer zur Verfügung stellen sollte. Es schien, als hätten sie jedes Mal, wenn sie mich kontaktierten, unangenehme Nachrichten wie: Ihre Versicherungssätze steigen für einen niedrigeren Leistungsplan und Sie müssen überprüfen, ob Sie diese Woche arbeiten, damit Ihr Gehalt nicht abgeschnitten wird (anstatt Sie Monate in voraus, damit Sie eventuelle Verzögerungen bei der Zahlung-Danke-TMH, die nicht aufgetreten sind, berücksichtigen können.) Außerdem wurden Sie, wenn Sie sie etwas fragten, was sie nicht beantworten konnten, oft über andere Auftragnehmer des Unternehmens informiert, was vollständig ist unprofessionell. Außerdem haben sie mich nicht über die Schritte informiert, die für Erstmütter erforderlich sind, und sie sagten mir, dass ich keinen Versicherungsschutz habe, und sie rieten mir, während der Zeit, in der ich mich von der Geburt erholen oder arbeiten würde, etwa 612 US-Dollar zu zahlen Stunden pro Woche, um minimale Leistungen aufrechtzuerhalten.
