Sie fanden, dass ich einen sehr gering qualifizierten Job hatte, der aber letztendlich eine Wäscherei mit unglaublichen, schrecklichen Arbeitsbedingungen (kaputter Toilettensitz im Badezimmer zum Beispiel), strengen Regeln und niedrigen Löhnen selbst für eine Wäscherei war. Ich bin eine westlich ausgebildete Person mit einem Abschluss und über 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Dies war das Beste, was dieses Unternehmen für mich finden konnte. Ich habe mich ziemlich viel bei der "Personalvermittlerin" Leslie Tey über die Qualität des Jobs und die Bedingungen beschwert. Leslie versuchte mich zu überzeugen, für den Mindestbetrag zu bleiben, den ich bei der Personalabteilung der Allianz unterschrieben hatte, nämlich 3 Monate. Ich konnte nicht länger als zwei Wochen durchhalten und sagte ihm, dass ich kündigen würde, anstatt mir einen anderen Job zu suchen, wollte er mich vor Gericht bringen, um zu versuchen, ein volles Monatsgehalt von mir zu bekommen, obwohl ich nur zwei Wochen gearbeitet hatte . Ich bat ihn, mir einen anderen Job zu suchen, aber er lehnte ab. Herr Tey sagte mir, ich solle zum Arbeitsministerium (MOM) gehen. Ich tat. AHR erhielt eine Geldstrafe von 2500 US-Dollar und 6 Fehlerpunkte, da sich herausstellte, dass Leslie Tey nicht legal als Personalvermittler tätig war.
P.S. Ihre Facebook-Seite hatte früher eine Möglichkeit, Ihre Erfahrungen zu überprüfen. Seitdem wurde sie als Option entfernt ... Kein Wunder.
