Schlechter Hausmeister! Das Haus war dreckig, als wir es bekamen. War immer langsam, Probleme zu lösen. Weigerte sich, notwendige Reparaturen am Haus vorzunehmen - er behauptete, wir brauchten keine Türschlösser, weil die Gegend "sicher" sei. Ich würde nicht mehr bei ihm mieten

Allan ist ein sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Immobilien sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, mit sehr günstigen Mietpreisen. Würde ihn jedem MTU-Studenten empfehlen, der ein schönes und stressfreies Leben sucht.
