Insgesamt war ich vom Service dieser Firma sehr enttäuscht. Erstens haben sie die falschen Thermostate installiert, die denen unterlegen waren, für die ich bezahlt hatte. und anstatt mich auf diese Veränderung / diesen Fehler einzulassen, musste ich es selbst herausfinden. Sie mussten dann wieder zurückkommen, um die richtigen zu finden. Jon vertrat auch im Vorfeld, dass die Installation einen ganzen Tag dauern würde, und auf dieser Grundlage stimmte ich ihrem Zitat zu. Die Arbeit dauerte jedoch nur 3 Stunden - und Jon hat sich später geweigert, die Arbeitskosten zu erstatten. Zusammenfassend versuchten sie, die falschen Thermostate zu installieren, und begnügten sich damit, die Arbeit zu überfordern. Vermeiden.

Wir lieben unser Sonos-System dank Jon und seinem Team. Sie haben alles gekonnt installiert und entsprechende Empfehlungen abgegeben, während wir unser Haus renovierten. Sehr beeindruckt und wir werden sie dazu bringen, als nächstes unser intelligentes Heizsystem zu machen!

Benötigte ein neues WiFi-Netzwerk. Habe es unkompliziert erledigt und es funktioniert super!
