Ich besuchte für eine Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit und arbeitete dort kurze Zeit. Es gab keine wirkliche Schulung und der Manager für die Abrechnung war sehr unruhig. Ich ging in meiner zweiten Woche zu einer obligatorischen Abrechnungssitzung und bekam keine Hilfe, obwohl sie mir sagten, sie würden mich durch die verschiedenen Programme führen wollen, die ich verwenden musste, um die Informationen zu erhalten. Es war schrecklich, ich erhielt überhaupt keine Hilfe.

WENN Sie Dienste zuerst richtig einrichten lassen, laufen sie so, bis sich etwas in Ihrem Leben ändert. Dann ist es fast unmöglich, einen Sachbearbeiter dazu zu bringen, Sie zurückzurufen. Ich habe in den letzten 3,5 Wochen 1-3 Nachrichten pro Woche hinterlassen und keine davon wurde zurückgegeben. Sie scheinen ständig unterbesetzt zu sein, und dem Personal fehlt die Grundausbildung. In den 6 Jahren, die ich hier Kunde bin, hatte ich EINEN guten Sachbearbeiter. Sie benachrichtigen Sie nicht, wenn Ihr Sachbearbeiter geht. Und viel Glück beim Versuch, jemanden im Management zu finden, der Ihnen hilft. Ich würde ihnen weniger Sterne geben, außer dem einen guten, reaktionsschnellen Sachbearbeiter.
