Es macht mir nichts aus zu zahlen, wenn ich etwas anfordere, aber wenn ich für die Erstellung eines Berichts bezahle, dann eine Frage habe oder verstehen möchte, wie etwas zu tun ist, fällt immer eine zusätzliche Gebühr an. Ich habe vor 5 Jahren mit ABuild angefangen, damals hat das Unternehmen seine Kunden wie eine Familie behandelt, diese Praxis hat sich leider geändert, schade.
