Akquise ist ein Teil meines Jobs und aufgrund der spezialisierten Produkte von ACTIVU mussten wir mehrmals bei ihnen einkaufen. Sie haben den schlechtesten Service, den ich je bekommen habe, sowohl persönlich als auch beruflich - insbesondere ein Mitarbeiter, der an seinen Kunden völlig desinteressiert ist. Es dauert manchmal Monate, bis ein Produkt erhalten wird, was in Ordnung ist, aber da sie erst beim Versand berechnet werden, müssen Sie sie mehrmals per E-Mail für Updates / ETAs (auf die Sie eine vage, wenig hilfreiche Antwort erhalten) senden. Warum müssen Sie eine E-Mail senden? Weil der Kundenservice nicht rechtzeitig ans Telefon geht oder zurückruft. Sogar zum Aufladen - Es dauerte Monate, um ein Abrechnungsproblem zu beheben. Ich hatte noch nie von Anfang bis Ende so viel Ärger mit einem Unternehmen. Wenn Sie sie vermeiden können, tun Sie sich bitte den Gefallen.
