Ich bestellte einen Sessel. Zweimal angerufen, bevor mich jemand zurückgerufen hat. Dort angekommen war das Personal freundlich / kompetent, aber der "riesige" Showroom ist winzig. Mein Stuhl musste bestellt werden, die erwartete Lieferung kam und ging und als ich anrief, wurde mir gesagt, dass weitere 4 Wochen, weil die Stofffarbe nicht auf Lager war. Hätte jemand angerufen, um mich darüber zu informieren, hätte ich die Farben geändert, aber niemand hat sich die Mühe gemacht, es mir zu sagen. Lieferung / Einrichtung Jungs sehr schnell und nett. Es ist jetzt 2,5 Monate später und der Stuhl ist schief. Rief erneut an und bekam Voicemail. Das war gestern morgen, es ist jetzt die späte Uhr des nächsten Tages. Ich werde wieder anrufen.
Wird mit den Ergebnissen aktualisiert. Es sollte nicht so schwer sein. Ihre Telefonetikette braucht Arbeit. Im Moment empfehle ich sie NICHT.
