Absolut das Schlimmste. Die "Nachtschicht" -Helferin sollte im Zimmer der Mutter sein, um sie zu betreuen, aber stattdessen fiel Mutter aus dem Bett und brauchte Hilfe beim 911-Lift. Ihre Antwort war, dass "es ein unglücklicher Vorfall war" - vertrauen Sie dieser Agentur nicht mit der Fürsorge Ihrer Lieben. Die Adjutantin "streckte ihre Beine"? Wirklich - deshalb war der Fernseher in einem anderen Raum auf einem anderen Kanal als ich ihn eingeschaltet hatte - sie war nicht einmal mit Mama im Raum. Ich werde auf jeder Website in diesem gesamten Bundesstaat Bewertungen schreiben, wenn ich nur einen "unglücklichen Vorfall" verhindern kann.

Nicht zu vertrauen. Nachdem ich die Vereinbarung unterschrieben und gesagt hatte, dass alles eingerichtet war, wurde mir 3 Tage bevor meine Frau nach Hause kommen sollte gesagt, dass sie niemanden hatten. Der Manager, der Versprechungen machte, hatte nicht einmal die Höflichkeit, anzurufen und sich zu entschuldigen. Ich würde diese Firma niemals empfehlen.

Diese Firma hat einige Probleme. Zunächst wurde trotz der Bitte und Zusicherung, dass jede Woche eine konsistente Person geschickt wird, ein anderer Begleiter zu meinen Familienmitgliedern geschickt. Zweitens bat ich während der Coviod-Krise den Pflegekoordinator und den Planungskoordinator, den Pflegedienstleister in die Warteschleife zu stellen, um den Kontakt meines 86-jährigen Familienmitglieds mit externen Personen einzuschränken. Es tauchte jedoch immer noch eine Begleiterin auf und wurde von meiner verwirrten Verwandten hereingelassen, wodurch ihre Gesundheit gefährdet wurde. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen niemals empfehlen, da sie eindeutig keine Ahnung haben, wie ein Gesundheitsunternehmen geführt werden soll.
