Ich kaufte eine Wellenmatratze und nahm sie bei meinen Eltern mit nach Hause, nur um festzustellen, dass die Matratze ein kleines Loch hatte, nachdem ich sie eine Nacht benutzt hatte.
Ich rief die Filiale an und erzählte ihnen davon und sie stimmten zu, es zu ersetzen.
Am nächsten Tag war die Person, für die ich die Matratze gekauft habe, meine Schwester.
Ich hatte nicht die Gelegenheit, die Matratzengründe zurückzunehmen, die Bestattungsarrangements und andere Dinge waren, mit denen ich mich befassen musste.
Zwei Wochen, nachdem ich die Matratze zum Umtausch zurückgegeben hatte, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie das nicht können, weil es zwei Wochen her ist.
Es tut mir leid für Ihren Verlust, Sir, aber ich kann nichts für Sie tun.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht über den Service dieser Organisation
Im Februar dieses Jahres wurde mir von der Organisation, für die ich zuvor gearbeitet hatte, ein Go-Go-Stuhl geschenkt. Der Stuhl hatte aufgehört zu arbeiten und ein Techniker wurde geschickt, um ihn zu überprüfen. Er führte eine gründliche Überprüfung durch und stellte fest, dass die Batterien nicht aufgeladen wurden, das war am 24. Juni. Er nahm auch das Ladegerät, um es ebenfalls zu überprüfen.
Am 7. Juli wurden die neuen Batterien zurückgegeben, eingebaut und voll aufgeladen. Das Ladegerät wurde jedoch nicht zurückgegeben. Die biometrische Abteilung wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Mir wurde gesagt, dass es irrtümlich an einen anderen Kunden weitergegeben wurde und abgerufen und an mich zurückgesandt werden würde. Ich wurde erneut informiert, dass es von einem Verwandten hinterlassen wurde und für mich gebracht werden würde, dann wurde mir erneut gesagt, dass der Techniker keinen Transport hat, dann wieder, dass er ihn hat und er an die Niederlassung in Gulf City geschickt würde Ich kann jemanden schicken, der es am Samstag, den 26. Juli abholt.
Bisher NICHTS, heute ist der 29. und immer noch nichts. Was soll ich jetzt wirklich tun? Warten Sie auf eine weitere Ausrede? Nun, ich warte immer noch und der Stuhl ist wieder unten. Ich verlasse mich für die Mobilität darauf. Sie sagen mir, was nach 5 Wochen in der 6. Woche als nächstes kommt. Ich erwarte deine Antwort .
