Ich bin völlig schockiert, als ich diese Rezension schreibe. Ich habe diese Firma in der Vergangenheit oft ohne Probleme geschäftlich genutzt. Dies war meine erste persönliche Erfahrung mit ihnen. Ich traf mich zum ersten Mal mit Whittney, um Einladungen am Druckstandort 502 in Lexington am 6.10.16 zu besprechen. Wir haben Papier, Größen, Farben und alles ausgesucht. Am 19.10.16 hatte ich von 502 immer noch nichts über meine ausstehende Bestellung gehört. Ich habe an diesem Tag versucht, Whittney per E-Mail zu kontaktieren. FÜNF TAGE SPÄTER hatte ich immer noch keine Antwort erhalten! Am Morgen des 24.10.16 rief ich den Standort in Lexington an, um zu besprechen, was los war. Der Mitarbeiter, der ans Telefon ging, teilte mir mit, dass Whittney Besorgungen machte und den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein würde und "sehr beschäftigt war". Ich bat sie, mich noch am selben Tag zurückzurufen, sonst müsste ich eine andere Firma beauftragen. Der ganze Tag verging und KEINE ANTWORT VON WHITTNEY. Auch ihrem Kollegen schien es egal zu sein, da er auch den Tag verstreichen ließ und nicht versuchte, seinem Kollegen oder dem Geschäft zu helfen. Mein Job beinhaltet ein hohes Maß an Kundenservice. Wenn ich eine Bestellung 20 Tage ruhen lasse, ohne den Kunden zumindest zu kontaktieren, wetten Sie besser, dass ich einen saueren Kunden habe UND mein Arsch würde gefeuert werden!!!

Sehr auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen und hart gearbeitet, um meine volle Zufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen!
