Really terrible experiences!

Turns out I was given very old technology for a printer that I leased at new technology prices. The first time the printer had a problem it took Fuji Xerox 6 months to fix. This caused significant problems for my small business, not to mention the stress on me & my staff. I recently had a similar problem, this time I only waited 6 weeks & then Fuji Xerox to collect the printer as it was simply not fit for purpose. Fuji Xerox didn't come to get the printer when agreed so I dropped it back to them. Then, for a machine that wasn't working & wouldn't into the future, I was sent the bill for the remaining term of the lease plus a bonus payment for cancelling the lease on this printer that wasn't working! Shame on you Fuji Xerox, very unethical behavior & corporate bullying. I feel sorry for the people working hard on the ground while the corporate bullies at arm’s length making these appalling & unprofessional business decisions. I certainly don't recommend Fuji Xero NZ & are looking into options for taking further action.
