I had an average experience with the company cosmosrl.com. While the products were of decent quality, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and uninterested in assisting me. However, I did find the website easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. It would be great if the company worked on improving their customer service.
