Overall, my experience with Convergys India Services Bangalore was quite average. The work environment was decent and the team was supportive. However, there were certain areas where the company could improve. The training provided was not very thorough, which made it difficult to perform efficiently in the initial days. Additionally, the work-life balance was not great as we often had to work long hours. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
