I had a generally average experience with Ott distributors. Their website was easy to navigate and their product selection was decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, I wouldn't say Ott distributors is a bad company, but they definitely have room for improvement.
