I have been working at Aisin Europe Manufacturing (UK) Limited for a few years now and overall, I would say it has been an average experience. The company culture is decent and the work-life balance is reasonable. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. Communication between teams can be lacking at times and the management could be more proactive in addressing issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
