I am a loyal customer of Docktor Freight for several years now, and I must say, their services have always been average. They are not the best in the industry, but they get the job done. The customer support team is friendly and always willing to help. However, there have been some instances where my shipments got delayed, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate Docktor Freight as an average freight company.
