As a customer of the City of Waco, TX Municipal Court, I must say that my experience has been subpar. The customer service provided is mediocre at best. The staff seems uninterested in helping individuals and often come across as rude and unprofessional. It is disappointing to see such lack of professionalism in a government institution. The processes and procedures are also confusing and poorly explained. Overall, I would rate my experience with the City of Waco, TX Municipal Court as average.
