I have been associated with NTPC BHEL Power Projects Pvt. Ltd for more than three years, and I must say it has been a rollercoaster ride. The company has its ups and downs, but overall, the experience has been satisfactory. The management could be more transparent in their communication and decision-making processes. However, I appreciate the opportunities for learning and growth.
