I recently had the opportunity to interact with Everwood Hospitality Partners while planning a business event. I must say, my experience was average overall.

Their website, everwoodhospitality.com, is user-friendly and provides useful information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and some of my questions were left unanswered. This made it difficult to proceed with confidence in our event planning.

On the positive side, the company did offer a variety of venue options that suited our needs. The venues were well-maintained and provided the necessary amenities. The staff on-site was polite and helpful throughout the event.

While I appreciate the effort put into the venues and the on-site staff, I feel that the company could improve their communication and response time. Overall, Everwood Hospitality Partners provided an average experience for our event planning needs.
