Wallet Circle is a hyper-local customer engagement platform that lets users reach out to customers who are within a 100 meter radius of their stores using iBeacon technology. It allows users to run campaigns; use the online dashboard and set triggers and special offers for their customers; obtain feedback responses via its iOS and Android app; and access customer analytics. Wallet Circle was launched in June 2013 and its operations are based in London, United Kingdom; and New Delhi, India.
