HCPF oversee and operate Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program), Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), and other public health care programs for Coloradans who qualify. Their mission is to improve health care access and outcomes for the people they serve while demonstrating sound stewardship of financial resources. This means that they work to make their members healthier while getting the most for every dollar that is spent.
