Rainy Investments was founded in the middle of the Foreclosure crisis. It was founded based on a strategy that combines long term leases and sales. Rainy Investments is a residential, commercial, and land real estate investment company with over a $30MM portfolio and over 140 properties in 16 cities and 5 counties in the greater Chicagoland area. Residential concentration is in newer construction and single family homes, and commercial concentration is in class A warehousing. Rainy investments also owns fully improved residential lots and commercial land acreage.
