Intellifast have developed ultrasonic bolt tightening processes for precision assembly in a broad range of applications. Our customer base is mostly in the aerospace, wind energy, engine and plant construction fields and the automotive industry. The technology is in two parts, the permanently mounted transducers (PMTS) and the associated ultrasonic measuring technology. Both the sensors and the measurement system are combined with easy-to-use tools. Torque and angle as well as the precise preload can be displayed and documented simultaneously in real time.
