Colabo provides a No-Code PaaS for creating and orchestrating AI-powered digital conversations. Business users can create frictionless employee-facing or customer-facing conversational channels in minutes by simply pointing to the relevant knowledge sources, service description, product catalogs, FAQ pages etc. Colabo's platform ingest unstructured and structured data and creates a knowledge graph that is used to answer a wide variety of natural language questions "out-of-the-box". In addition, when the platform encounters a request it can't find a proper answer for, it allows a human agent to show it the path to the relevant information and teach it on the fly. Colabo can be used for different use cases such as new user acquisition and on-boarding, service and product recommendation, customer support and employee support .
