By identifying return users, it builds rich but anonymous profiles over, using its technology to delivers increasingly relevant questions to keep users coming back. It also offers the ability to receive reports for market researchers, investment analysts, and others who want to better understand consumer opinion. It uses anonymous audience data in a paid report, and receive a revenue share.
