AQUANOVA is a Russian industrial manufacturing of NovaSOL® solubilizates containing nanoparticles (product micelles). AQUANOVA project is based on the technology from German company AQUANOVA AG for enclosing active organic substances into nanocapsules (micelles) about 30 nm in diameter. The technology provides improved activity and effectiveness of natural components along with favourable economic performance. In particular, more rational use of costly natural substance allows the reduction of its content in the final product (food ingredient) by 3-5 times at the same functionality, thereby significantly reducing the food ingredient prime cost.
