Week communication
If im abroad,im not able to reach their representive over phone, so i have to use email. WHAT IS NOT ANSWERED QICK! IF im in emergency situation- I have to deal with my problems best i can think of, there is no advice or jus realllllllly slow! This way..i can only imagine or hope if my bill will be paid as of my choises! Communication has to be improved!
