Great tutoring. Very bad customer service.

The service provided by the tutor is very good. However, if there ever is a problem that needs "customer service" there is a very late (weeks) or even NO response. I signed on today and noticed an overdue payment, so I paid it, and verified it went through by seeing the deduction on my bank account. I then purchased some more and that one was verified again in my bank. I saw 16 tickets were purchased and then when I logged back in later, there were ZERO tickets. It was like I paid for nothing! I wondering now if overdue payment was even valid! No response yet :-(
