The experience I had with General Ledger Resources was simply average. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not overly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I felt like my questions were not always fully answered. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected more.
