CUSTOMER: Although the Colorado lottery website has room for improvement, I must say it has improved over time. The website now offers a much smoother user experience, making it easier to browse and purchase tickets. The addition of new games and promotions has also enhanced its overall appeal. However, there are still certain areas where it can be further developed, such as adding more payment options and introducing a mobile app. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts made so far.
