I joined Kaia FIT West Sacramento a few weeks ago and I already feel like a part of the family. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts are challenging but doable. I appreciate the emphasis on functional movements and the attention to proper form. It's a great place to get fit and stay fit.
