I had a mixed experience with Epsychiatry. While the booking process was smooth and efficient, I found the overall service to be average. I expected more personalized care and attention. The psychiatrist was knowledgeable but lacked warmth and empathy. Overall, Epsychiatry is an okay option for online mental health support, but there is definitely room for improvement.
