I have been a customer of Lumina telecom for several years, and I must say their service is average. The connection is stable most of the time, although there have been a few occasions when it has dropped unexpectedly. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as an okay telecom company.
