I am a regular customer of Roses southwest papers inc. and I must say their services are average. The quality of the paper is decent and the delivery is usually on time. However, there have been a few instances where the paper had some minor damages during transit. Overall, I would say they need to improve their packaging to ensure the paper arrives in perfect condition. The customer support is helpful and responsive.
