I recently tried Thika Wax Works for the first time and I was quite disappointed. The wax didn't work well for me at all. It was difficult to spread and I had to go over the same area multiple times to get any hair removed. I also found it to be quite painful compared to other waxes I've used. The customer service was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Thika Wax Works based on my experience.
