I recently used this airline's services for a trip to Mexico. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was user-friendly and finding information about flights and bookings was easy. The flight itself was alright, with decent legroom and the seats were reasonably comfortable. However, I found the in-flight entertainment options to be quite limited, which made the long flight a bit boring. Additionally, the food served onboard was mediocre at best, lacking in taste and variety. The flight attendants were polite, but their service was not exceptional. The baggage handling was satisfactory, with no issues or delays. In terms of value for the money, I believe there are better options available. While my experience was not terrible, I was not overly impressed either.
