The experience with Digital onboarding inc. was average. While their website was easy to navigate, I found the overall process to be quite lengthy. The customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns, but the lack of personalization in their communication was disappointing. I appreciate their efforts in digitizing the onboarding process, but there is definitely room for improvement.
