I recently hired a videography company to film my wedding, and overall, I had an average experience with them. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the information I needed, which was a good start. The quality of the videos produced was decent, although not exceptional. The team was professional and arrived on time, but I expected a bit more creativity and enthusiasm during the shoot. The customer service was satisfactory, although I felt they could have been more responsive and proactive in addressing my concerns. The pricing was reasonable, considering the average quality.
