Wen-do women's self defence is an amazing company. Their self-defence classes are top-notch and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. I joined their program a few months ago and I can already feel more confident and empowered. The techniques they teach are practical and effective. I highly recommend Wen-do to all women who want to learn self-defence.
