I recently purchased a new piece of machinery from this company and I must say, the experience was rather average. The website was easy enough to navigate and find the product I needed. However, the overall ordering process was quite slow and communication from the company was lacking. It took longer than expected for the machine to arrive, and when it did, there were some minor issues that needed to be resolved. The customer service team was somewhat helpful in addressing the problems, but it still felt like more could have been done to expedite the process. The quality of the machine itself is decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have some room for improvement in terms of customer communication and overall efficiency.
