I had an average experience with a well-established bank located in San Francisco. The customer service was good, although there were a few instances where I felt the staff could have been more attentive. The online banking interface was user-friendly and made it easy to perform transactions. However, the interest rates offered were not competitive, and I would have liked to see more options for investment. Despite these drawbacks, I would rate my experience as average.
