The classes at Instituto nacional del método pilates are so much fun! The instructors are incredibly talented and make everyone feel comfortable. I love the variety of exercises they offer and how they tailor each session to the participants' needs. The studio is clean and inviting. I always leave the classes feeling energized and ready to take on the day. Highly recommended!
