The experience of buying ceramic tiles from Sonet Ceramics was just average. The quality of the tiles is decent, but the designs are not as impressive as shown on their website. The customer service was satisfactory, although they could have been more knowledgeable about their product range. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
