I had the opportunity to try out Animo srl's products and I found them to be of decent quality. The products worked as expected and delivered satisfactory performance. However, the customer service was lacking. The representatives were slow in responding to inquiries and their answers were not always helpful. If they improve their customer service, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
