I have been a customer of SDV SCAC Romania SA for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they deliver on time most of the time, there have been instances where my packages were delayed or mishandled. The customer support is also not very helpful and often takes a long time to respond to queries. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
