My experience with Tepillé was average. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were decent. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and the answers provided were not very helpful. I would consider shopping at Tepillé again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer support.
