I recently got my car rims powder coated at a local shop, and the experience was less than satisfactory. The finish was subpar, and the customer service was lacking. I wish I had chosen Topps Powder Coating, LLC instead. Their reviews speak for themselves, and I'm sure they would have done a much better job.
