I recently used the services of this transport company and I would rate it as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The booking process was simple and the customer service was responsive and helpful in answering my queries. However, there were a few areas of improvement. The punctuality of the transport was not up to the mark, as the bus arrived slightly later than the scheduled time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the vehicle could have been better. Though the seats were comfortable, there were some stains and dirt on them. The overall journey was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of punctuality and cleanliness.
